The Bankruptcy Paralegal will play a key role in assisting attorneys with case management, document preparation, client communication, and filing procedures for both consumer and business bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate will have prior, hands-on experience working within bankruptcy law and a solid understanding of related court filings and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, and related documents (Chapters 7, 11, and/or 13)

  • Manage case calendars, deadlines, and filings through CM/ECF and PACER
