In this role you will be working with the Corporate & Transactional practice group, helping to prepare state franchise registrations, filings, FDDs, renewals, etc. You will be supporting the team by drafting legal documents for attorney approval, identifying forms, proofreading, & maintaining a document control system. • Paralegal Certificate/Related degree
• 5 + Years’ of experience as a paralegal

• Comprehensive knowledge of franchise practice: including disclosures, agreements, registrations and filings, renewals, and supplemental filings.
