We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. We are a well-established law firm that specializes in family law. Our firm is committed to providing the highest quality legal services to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Family Law Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our firm. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting attorneys with preparation for hearings, trials, and meetings.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
3. Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
4. Coordinating and managing schedules, deadlines, and documentation.
5. Communicating with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other parties.
6. Maintaining and organizing case files and legal databases.
7. Assisting with case management and strategy planning.
8. Providing administrative support to attorneys as required.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
2. Exceptional knowledge of family law and court procedures.
3. Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
4. Excellent legal research and investigative skills.
5. Exceptional organizational and case management skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
