Position Summary: The Scheduling Paralegal will manage a caseload of 75-100 personal injury cases, with a primary focus on scheduling hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations. This role involves coordinating client meetings, drafting correspondence, maintaining accurate case notes in Filevine, and managing attorney calendars to ensure seamless case progression. Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage a case load of 75 - 100 cases. Schedule hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations. Schedule client meetings including discovery meetings, deposition prep, and trial prep. Maintain case notes regarding scheduling in case management program (Filevine). Accurately manage attorney's calendar. Verify and confirm attorney's appointments daily. Draft deposition notices, hearing notices, and scheduling orders.
