Conduct legal and factual research to support case development. Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and trial binders. Track and manage litigation deadlines under Illinois civil procedure and local rules. Maintain organized and accurate case files in the firm’s case management system. Provide compassionate and professional communication to clients throughout the litigation process. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred. 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury (auto accident experience strongly preferred). Strong knowledge of Illinois civil procedure and e-filing systems. Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
