Job DetailsTRIAL / LITIGATION PARALEGALA Minneapolis litigation boutique seeks an experienced Trial/Litigation Paralegal to join their elite trial team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes litigation matters including IP litigation, financial disputes, and business litigation. Responsibilities:

• Manage trial exhibits with precision and strong organizational command
• Coordinate pre-trial submissions, witness lists, and trial logistics for multi-attorney teams
• Serve as exhibit coordinator during trials and arbitration hearings
• Utilize e-discovery platforms (Everlaw or Relativity) for document management and review
• Support case development, discovery, and trial preparation across case teams
• Analyze documents produced by other parties and prepare documents for production
• Assist with federal court filings, depositions, and appellate work
• Collaborate on brief preparation and other legal filings
• Coordinate video links and remote hearing logistics
• Anticipate client, case, and colleague needs proactively
• Research companies, people, and case-related issues
• Interview potential new clients as needed
• Prepare pleadings and legal documents
• Adapt to evolving trial technology and AI applications
• Contribute to case strategy discussions as integral team member

Qualifications:

• 3+ years litigation and trial paralegal experience preferred (will consider motivated candidates with less experience)
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for learning new platforms and tools
• Ability to handle pressure and long hours during trial periods
