• Prepare employment-based immigration petitions and visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and related filings.*
• Manage case files, monitor deadlines, and track immigration matters from initiation through completion.*
• Communicate regularly with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies regarding case status and requirements.*
• Gather, review, and analyze supporting documentation to ensure complete and accurate submissions.*
• Draft immigration correspondence, support letters, and other case-related documents for attorney review.*
• Utilize immigration case management systems to maintain organized records and support efficient workflow management.*
• This is an in-office role, but the position can be in Columbia SC, Bluffton SC, Atlanta GA, or Greenville SC

Type: Direct HireTo be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience*
• Minimum of 2 years of business immigration experience handling employment-based visas and PERM cases*
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously*
• Excellent writing, proofreading, research, and document preparation skills*
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; immigration case management software experience preferred*
• Professional, service-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
