  • Coordinate document collection, production, and discovery responses.
  • Maintain detailed case chronologies, databases, trackers, and reporting tools across a significant litigation docket.
  • Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, including organizing exhibits, records, and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, witnesses, and other parties as necessary.
  • Monitor court deadlines, discovery obligations, and case-related milestones.
  • Assist with hearing and trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, trial notebooks, and other supporting documents.
  • Help ensure consistency, accuracy, responsiveness, and accountability across the paralegal team.
  • Work closely with attorneys and Firm leadership to identify workflow issues and ensure the paralegal team is effectively supporting the needs of the practice.

What You Will Bring

Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant litigation experience and the following credentials/skills:

  • Significant experience supporting attorneys in complex civil litigation.
  • Experience with insurance defense, casualty defense, mass tort, institutional liability, professional liability, or other complex, high-volume defense litigation strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a substantial litigation workload and competing deadlines.
  • Strong experience with discovery, document management, deposition preparation, and trial preparation.
  • Experience reviewing and organizing extensive medical, employment, institutional, or other case-related records.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking, strong research skills, and superior verbal and written communication skills.
