A highly respected law firm is seeking a Paralegal with Commercial Litigation experience to support the firm’s legal team in Tampa, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• E-filing documents with Federal and Florida State Courts*
• Maintaining and updating client contact information*
• Overseeing attorney schedules and billing*
• Ensuring client payables information is accurately captured and documented*
• Operating a multi-line phone system*
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks*
• Calendaring and scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances*

Qualifications:

• Florida Registered Paralegal*
• 5+ years of litigation experience, including Commercial Litigation*
• Trial preparation experience*
