Key Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and summarize large volumes of medical records, creating detailed chronologies and timelinesAssist with discovery, including drafting responses and organizing document productionsPrepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, and trial, including assembling exhibits and case materialsCoordinate with experts, including identifying, retaining, and preparing expert packagesMaintain case files, manage deadlines, and track key litigation milestonesCommunicate with clients, providers, and internal teams on case progress

3+ years of medical malpractice defense or insurance defense experienceStrong background in medical record review and case summarizationExperience supporting attorneys through the litigation lifecycleHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple active casesComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
