Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Paralegal with 2-4 years of experience to join our high-performing legal team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in providing comprehensive legal support to our real estate attorneys, including assisting with real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, preparing legal documents, and maintaining real estate records. Assist in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.2. Conduct comprehensive due diligence for real estate transactions, including title and survey review, environmental assessments, and property inspections.3. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, closing documents, and corporate resolutions.4. Coordinate and assist with closings, including preparing closing checklists, assembling closing documents, and ensuring timely execution and delivery of documents.5. Maintain and manage real estate records, including leases, deeds, and other legal documents.6. Conduct research on legal issues related to real estate transactions and provide summaries to attorneys.7. Utilize UCC and ACRIS to conduct lien searches and record documents.8. Liaise with clients, attorneys, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal.2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).3. Extensive experience with UCC and ACRIS.4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.5. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret legal documents.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.7. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.9.
