Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Supports business, finance and real estate transactions of all typesPreparation and management of checklistsPrepares ancillary closing documentsDrafts and files entity formation and governance documentsPrepares and files IRS documentsOrganizes and maintains entity recordsPrepares rand files UCC Financing StatementsOversees preparation of electronic closing booksEffectively utilizes the firm’s docketing system to track mattersCommunicates with clients and third parties throughout the course of a matterPrepares and files Form D and Blue Sky filingsEssential Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal CertificateMinimum 5-7 years of relevant corporate transactional and finance experienceSuperior oral and written communication skillsStrong technical skillsExcellent attention to detailExcellent time management skills and ability to adjust to changing project priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentExperience with drafting corporate documentsExperience preparing and organizing closing documentsA demonstrated commitment to providing superior client serviceMust be able to work occasional overtime as neededInterested in hearing more?
