Litigation Paralegal

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Practice: Personal Injury - Plaintiff

Workstyle: Hybrid

Position Overview:

 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in legal research, and a deep understanding of court procedures and document preparation. This role involves assisting attorneys with case management, drafting legal documents, and maintaining case files. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential. A Paralegal degree or certification, along with prior experience, is preferred. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
  • Strong discovery experience required, including drafting and responding to written discovery
  • Experience managing cases from intake through trial preparation
  • Familiarity with California state court procedures and filing requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively
  • Experience coordinating medical records, subpoenas, and client communications
  • Trial preparation and deposition support experience is a plus

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:

  • Draft and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
  • Assist attorneys with case management throughout all stages of litigation
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Maintain case files, calendaring deadlines, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel
  • Review and organize medical records and billing documentation
