Paralegal Jobs 2026 (Now Hiring) – Smart Auto Apply

The BILINGUAL Real Estate Closer / Paralegal will serve as the contact and ccomplete paperwork in conjunction with the Attorney.  Must be professional and have excellent customer service skills.  

• 3 years minimum experience
• MUST BE BILINGUAL in Spanish - reading and writing
• Examine title documents and clear title requirements
• Prepare Closing Disclosure statements/HUDS, title affadavits and other required documents necessary for closing
• Perform any and all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of respective job duties
• Perform general office functions, as needed
• Software skills necessary to provide services identified above
• Must have a Georgia notary  
• High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills
