Must have wage practice law experience as a paralegal!!!

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing wage law compliance documents.

• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

• Conduct legal research on wage law regulations and updates.

• Monitor changes in wage law and advise the team accordingly.

• Prepare case files and organize documentation for legal proceedings.

• Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies for wage law cases.

• Support the team in achieving performance targets and metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines.

• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and requirements.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss case strategies and updates.

• Assist in preparing for depositions and court appearances.

• Utilize technology to streamline legal processes and documentation.

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience in wage law compliance and legal documentation.

• Must have 5 years of wage practice experience

• Strong research skills for analyzing wage law regulations.

• Eagerness to engage in professional development opportunities.

• Track record of achieving performance targets in a team environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members.

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and updates.

• Ability to monitor and advise on changes in wage law.

• Proficiency in utilizing legal technology for documentation.

• Strong organizational skills for managing case files and deadlines.

• Experience in preparing for depositions and court appearances.

Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
