Job DetailsThis role requires someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced trial environment.This is an opportunity to work closely with accomplished trial attorneys on meaningful cases while maintaining significant responsibility and autonomy.Responsibilities include:

• Managing cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and case-related documentation
• Coordinating medical records and billing summaries
• Communicating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Preparing deposition materials, mediation packages, and trial binders
• Maintaining deadlines and court filings
• Supporting attorneys with both substantive litigation work and administrative tasks
