Job Details

High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of law firm paralegal or comparable experience required.
Experience organizing and summarizing information from multiple sources.
Experience in drafting correspondence and proofreading.
Experience in landlord/tenant, real estate licensing compliance or property management preferred.
Active Notary Public, or willingness and ability to obtain Notary credentials required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and office-related software required.
General comfort with technology and the ability to learn and use Company platforms, such as Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Legal Tracker, and PowerBI.
Familiarity with electronic law firm billing and matter management systems preferred.
