HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU: We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we’re a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability: Before we jump on a call, we’ll send over a brief, practical exercise designed to take about 1-2 hours of your time. This isn't a "gotcha" test; it’s a way for you to demonstrate how you think about edge cases, HIPAA-sensitive workflows, and defect reporting. Introductory call/interview with Devin, our Senior Talent Partner. The call will be by telephone and will last about 30 minutes. If there is a fit for all, we will invite you to a 60-minute video call with a QA Engineer and a Product Manager. This will include a practical assessment of your testing approach and skills. Final round: If you're in Dallas, a 45-minute final with the CTO exploring your QA engineering expertise, including test strategy and planning approaches, automation framework experience and best practices, testing complex scenarios in healthcare applications, quality metrics and coverage philosophy, and CI/CD integration experience.
