Upperline Health providers coordinate patients care among a team of specialists physicians, advanced practice providers, care navigators, pharmacists, dieticians, and social workers for integrated treatment that addresses patients immediate and long-term health needs.

We put patients at the center of value-based care.

We are seeking a 1099 Collaborative Physician to provide clinical oversight and partnership for our Georgia-based Nurse Practitioners. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule ideal for a physician passionate about mentoring, quality improvement, and advancing value-based healthcare.

Role Details:

1099 independent contractor position.
Flexible, part-time engagement.
Responsibilities include chart reviews, NP collaboration, and participation in virtual team meetings.
Compensation commensurate with experience and level of engagement.
