Job Description
Saunders Staffing is seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Service Worker (HSW) – Sitter to join our team at a respected healthcare facility in Weston, WV.Location: Weston, WVPosition: Healthcare Service Worker (HSW) – SitterShift: Varies by facility needPay: $22 per hourSetting: Healthcare facility / clinical environmentWhy Choose Saunders Staffing?

- Monitor and report changes in patient behavior or condition

- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and follow all facility protocols
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and compassion at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in healthcare, patient care, or caregiving is helpful but not required
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to stay attentive and engaged for extended periods
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
