Join our team in Bridgeport, WV, a city known for its rich history and vibrant community. As an A&P Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Work effectively as part of a team.

- Organize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Possess normal dexterity and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Frequently walk, stand, and climb as required by the position.
- Support company initiatives to achieve the highest standard of work.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble engines and engine assemblies.
- Clean all engine parts and assemblies.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to assess part condition.
- Repair engine components and assemblies for return to service.
- Inspect tools and specialized tooling for damage and serviceability.
- Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.
- Adhere to general work rules and company policies applicable to the work area and job functions.
- Maintain clean equipment to prevent unnecessary maintenance and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
- Work overtime when necessary to meet customer needs.
- Travel as required to meet customer needs.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid A&P License (Air Frame and Power Plant) with the ability to sign off.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Supply own hand tools.
- Willingness to travel for MRT jobs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
