Job Summary: Laborers and Pipelayers will report directly to their RDR supervisor. Job duties : Install underground utilities using different types of pipes (PVC and HDPE) and drainage structures. Work with and around heavy equipment, assisting with excavation, grade checks, and pipe installation and/or drainage structure installation. Assist in locating existing utilities. Align and position pipes/drainage structures to prepare them for installation in a trench or excavation. Check slopes for conformance to requirements. Connect pipe pieces and seal joints by using gaskets or glue. Bed & cover pipes with stone and compact using compaction equipment. Cut pipes to required lengths; install fittings and valves, etc. Dig trenches to desired or required depths and proper slopes by guiding the equipment operator. Check grade of the excavated ditch for pipe/structure installation on gravity sewers. Pre-assemble pipe fittings for water main and force main installation in accordance with plans and specifications. The above description covers the general duties and responsibilities of the job. Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite care to include clinical coverage, consultation, evaluation, assessment, treatment, minor or major surgical procedures.
  • Shall provide comprehensive clinical urology physician services including but not limited to; Intraoperative follow up and postoperative follow up.
  • Shall provide consultative services at the patient’s bedside if the patient is not ambulatory and in clinic setting if the patient is able to report to the outpatient clinic.
  • Will be responsible for consultations.
  • Must see all admissions within 4 hours including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
  • Must document findings, initial diagnosis, and treatment plan, as well any modifications or additions within 23 hours or the day after admission.
  • Shall follow all established medication policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
  • Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
  • Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • NPI report printout
  • Active DEA license
  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation

All candidates must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
