Compensation: Starting at $­­­­­28-$30 an hour plus  BONUS  based on surpassing sale quotas W-2 Employment We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit! Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $300+ per day! Bonus Payout : We have several different products in Costco, and usually four or five on the display table. Below is an outline of the bonus structure, which reflects how much your potential earnings could be. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day. Must be able to lift-up to 30 pounds several times per day. Examples of lifting would include lifting a folding table, lifting product off the shelf, lifting a box of demonstration supplies etc. Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift. Ability to stand for extended stretches of time. Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location. In this position you will be responsible for providing support and/or leading the civil design effort on small to large projects working directly with other engineers and design staff. This includes collaboration with our structural, mechanical, process and electrical engineers and designers on those designs. Projects include both conventional design/bid/build and alternative delivery such as design/build. You will be responsible for working effectively with local and remote design team members to meet and exceed project schedule and quality goals. You will assist in the civil discipline portions of business development activities. This includes developing civil scope and engineering level of effort estimates as well as maintaining project budgets and schedules. You will be working with technical staff and executing the following types of work: Perform engineering work in coordination with the Civil Design Discipline team on a variety of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. This includes site improvements at pump stations and treatment plants; linear construction of sewer, force main, water, and stormwater utilities; grading and drainage; and retrofits for municipal and private industrial clients. Assist in project scope and budget development, as well as, assisting in project design. Supports project managers by providing technical leadership on civil-site projects including preparation of grading, drainage, site layout, utility, and erosion control plans Reviews work of others for quality and resolving design and development problems Assists in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, permits, and designs for projects Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations Use a range of computer software's for developing detailed designs Assists in client contact and communication, and attends client meetings Ability to lead civil engineering designs, preparing reports, construction drawings, specifications, and calculations for a variety project elements Knowledge and understanding of hydrology and hydraulics associated with the design of both open channel, closed conduits, stormwater management facilities, reservoirs, and erosion control practices Support the creation of studies, permitting application documents and alternative analyses Oversee and complete data collection, manipulation, analysis, and documentation Conduct field work, such as site investigations, as necessary for various projects, including on occasion, visiting the job site for construction observation duties Check performance or conformity with plans and specifications through field inspections as part of engineering services during construction Perform submittal reviews, requests for information, correspondence, change requests, and change orders for construction projects Communicate effectively and coordinate with project teams including other disciplines (engineers and designers) Coordinate civil project work with surveyors, geotechnical, architectural, process, mechanical, and electrical engineers and consultants Contribute to company standard detail and specification development and updates. Supervise employees; evaluating annual performance, manage performance, mentor, and train. Mentor junior- and entry-level engineers Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines Additional duties may include marketing and business development, project management assistance, professional development, proposal preparation, and other business-related functions. Ensures Coaches are productive, that revenue and service goals are properly communicated and that the Club remains on-track to attain daily, weekly and monthly financial goals. Conducts monthly, weekly and daily meetings with the Coaches to review performance and operations, as well as offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving personal and club goals. Handles member service matters, such as providing tours of the Club, explaining services offered by the PT Department and signing members up for training agreements and appointments. Mediates member issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, elevating issues when appropriate. Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed. Alerts the Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Conducts facility walk-throughs daily. Complies with operational procedures in the club and follows up with compliance checks through the monitoring of club systems and employee performance. 3) Sell and Conduct Private Training & SGT with Members Works the floor to assist members and encourages their involvement in private training. Ensures accurate administration of client programs, including DotFIT programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking and workout programs. Arrives on time, prepared and attentive for training appointments. Assists in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc. Sells training sessions and executes an effective prospecting strategy, conducts guest tours, and assumes responsibility for completing sales of staff when needed through the Turn-Over process. Responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives set forth by the Company with regards to PT and supplements. Reviews daily class counts, club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics with the FM, GM and staff members to identify issues and clarify behaviors needed to achieve club sales goals and expected headcounts for all classes. Administers company policies as they relate to the sales process. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: The MMA Manager will report directly to the FM and/or the Director of MMA. The MMA Manager will communicate and enforce all Policy and Procedures with the MMA Team. Duties require interaction with all club members and team members. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Knowledge, skills & abilities: In depth knowledge of various training techniques from assessment to class formatting to program design. Possesses a working knowledge of the DotFIT program and software. Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment. Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:30pm ~ All days available! Saturdays and Sundays are the BEST commission days!

This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with part time work.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $­­­­­28-$30 an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas
  • W-2 Employment
  • We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!
  • Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $300+ per day!

Bonus Payout:

We have several different products in Costco, and usually four or five on the display table. Below is an outline of the bonus structure, which reflects how much your potential earnings could be. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products.

  • Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric, you'll make $60 in commission
  • Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you'll make $60 in commission
  • Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you'll make $15 in commission
  • 1 day / 7 hrs at $30/hr PLUS commission = $345 which is $49/hr

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • This is a part-time sales position with daily sales expectations. 
  • Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
  • Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Dem
  • Product display maintenance.
  • Regularly check for messages concerning scheduling and other communication from your manager.
  • Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
  • Must be able to lift-up to 30 pounds several times per day. Examples of lifting would include lifting a folding table, lifting product off the shelf, lifting a box of demonstration supplies etc.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with direct sales.
  • Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.

Additional Information:

  • Bonus structure may vary, weekly bonus structure will be sent out every week.
  • Shift days and hours vary weekly depending on demo/club availability.
  • Promoter will earn bonus once quota is achieved for units sold during the demo shift.
  • Bonus will be capped at 100 units of the same item daily.
  • Personally, purchasing items to reach quota is strictly prohibited and could lead to termination.
