Job Description Summary They provide deep and general cleaning services to all campus facilities as assigned. Primary Responsibilities General Preventative Maintenance and Deep Cleaning (75%) Follows a detailed scope of work to deep clean campus facilities which may include but is not limited to shampooing carpets, stripping and waxing floors; transporting and replacing furniture sofas, tables and chairs; picking up trash, clearing cleaning building surroundings, parking lots and dumpster areas; pressure wash walkways, stairwells, courtyards, high outside windows and screens; scrub clean bathrooms, kitchens, appliances; laundering curtains, and cleaning towels, etc. Follows a preventative maintenance cleaning schedule. Responsible to report pest control issues such as bugs, cockroaches, flying termites, wood ants, etc. Conduct daily walkthroughs of the facilities ensuring the premises are safe, clean and presentable. Report and follow up on all customer concerns. Keeps record of service calls and work orders. Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.
