We are a part of the fastest growing dog training company in the country- Off Leash K9 Training, LLC. We are looking to add 20 more trainers in HAWAII for all Islands.  Part Time and Full Time available. 

*Minimum job requirements:

-Must reside in HAWAII

-Must be able to safely board and properly house 1-2 dogs at your residence for 7-21 days at a time

-Pass background check

-Must have reliable transportation that accomodates proper spacing for a dog kennel

-Must possess a valid Hawaii Drivers License 

-Must successfully complete a training and certification process, meet all requirements

*Day to day requirements:

-Supervising, training, caring for and handling of various small and large dog breeds from puppy to adult.

-Providing comprehensive care for dogs, which encompasses daily cleaning and sanitation duties to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

-Working with all types of dogs with behavioral issues

-Interacting with the public in a professional manner

-Conducting and driving to appointments in the HAWAII area

-Maintain client relationships and communication in a professional manner

-Manage administrative responsibilities

-Scheduling and managing a training calendar and client appointments

-Schedule and conduct training sessions with clients and their dogs

-Create, develop high quality videos and photography of training work

-Continuing education and increasing skills in training, both dogs and humans

-Attend PR events
 

The ideal Dog Trainer candidate must have:

Strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, reliability, integrity, and a passion for dogs. Computer skills with the ability to create dog training videos. The ability to work various self scheduled work shifts on weekdays and weekends. Customer service and strong communication skills.  The ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
