- We’re looking for a results-driven Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across team for this task order. This role requires a current PMP®certification to ensure consistent application of best practices and compliance with our client. The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the Government on all matters pertaining to the assigned Task Order (TO). The PM will provide overall leadership, direction, and management for contractor personnel and operations associated with the TO. The PM is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of all technical, administrative, and business aspects of the TO.
- A minimum of ten years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a program similar in scope and complexity to this TO.
- A minimum of ten years of experience managing performance-based projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
- Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- A minimum of five years of experience working in roles within or with countries within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
- Serve as the main interface between the Government and the contractor’s organization for all TO-related activities.
- Provide overall leadership, supervision, and guidance to contractor team members—including the Deputy Program Manager (DPM), Lead Logistician, and other key personnel.
- Assign tasks and supervise ongoing technical efforts to ensure alignment with TO objectives and deliverables.
- Manage all aspects of TO performance, including technical execution, contract compliance, business process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Full authority to make decisions and commitments on behalf of the contractor regarding all programmatic, contractual, and personnel matters.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate to the Government any issues or risks that may have contractual, programmatic, or resource implications.
- Ensure continuity of key personnel assignments for the duration of the TO.
- Support and facilitate coordination between Headquarters and other Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations as required, including travel.
- Build and maintain positive and effective professional relationships with Government stakeholders.
- Possess and maintain an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for SCI
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, preferably within the Department of Defense (DoD) or related government organizations.
- Experience within US INDOPACOM, subordinate commands, and partner Pacific nations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Advanced degrees in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Civilian and/or military logistics expertise, particularly in contested Pacific environments.
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, AI/ML, and logistics optimization.
- Knowledge of DoD logistics systems, sustainment, and deployment activities.
- Experience interfacing with PACFLT, PACAF, USARPAC, MARFORPAC, and other military customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
