This person will provide administrative support by handling information requests, assisting our partners in our Warner Robins office, and scanning and processing tax returns.

Essential Functions:

•  Scanning and validating client tax return information

• File and retrieve documents, records, and reports;

• Assist with office administration tasks, including the assembly and distribution of client information, interfacing with team members and clients

• Additional responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements:
• Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
• Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
