About the RoleOur client is seeking a Tax Manager who is ready to lead: client relationships, technical work, and people. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to help build something, not just maintain it. Partnership is on the table for the right person.

ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of client engagements across industries including closely held businesses, real estate, agribusiness, and nonprofitsReview complex tax returns and planning strategies for individuals and entitiesServe as primary point of contact for client relationshipsLead, mentor, and develop senior and staff-level team membersIdentify and pursue opportunities to expand client services and bring in new businessCollaborate with firm leadership on growth initiatives, including potential acquisition integration

RequirementsActive CPA license required5+ years of public accounting tax experience; manager-level experience preferredStrong technical skills across individual, partnership, and corporate taxationDemonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements end-to-endTrack record of developing staff and contributing to team culture
