Due Diligence: Lead tax due diligence efforts for private equity transactions, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Transaction Advisory: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, financial, and operational) to ensure seamless execution of deals while mitigating tax risks. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required. 12 + years of tax experience, with a significant focus on M&A and private equity transactions. In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws, international tax concepts, and partnership taxation. Proven track record of leading tax due diligence and structuring for complex transactions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (e.g., JD, LLM, MBA, or MST) preferred.
