Tax Jobs 2026 (Now Hiring) – Smart Auto Apply

• Prepare and file all annual reports, business licenses, OH CAT, sales and use, property, and severance tax returns, including payments.
• Prepare account reconciliations, analyze transactional tax accruals, and submit adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare data for all state & local tax audits as requested by taxing authorities.
• Assist with integration of any merger and acquisition activities
• Manage and maintain process documentation related to transactional tax
• Manage internal and external audit requests.
• Manage 3rd party service provider and tax consulting relationships.
• Maintain tax technology interfaces with business systems configurations
• Identify opportunities for improvement and application of technology best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax or public accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools. Specific experience with Quorum and Blackline is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with data analytics or robotic process automation (RPA) platforms is a significant plus.
• A high level of integrity and the ability to manage sensitive, confidential financial data.
• Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to translate complex tax concepts for non-tax business partners.
• Proven success in prioritizing multiple high-stakes projects under tight regulatory deadlines.
• A team-oriented mindset with the desire to take on new responsibilities as the department grows.

• Must be able to perform light work – exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.    
• See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.  
• Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
