Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of tax reporting, tax compliance, and tax advisory services.
• Provide expert advice on tax-related issues, including S&C Corporations.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and provide practical, high-quality tax planning services.
• Manage relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and managing their expectations.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks and liabilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations and communicate any changes to the relevant departments.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Proven experience in tax advisory and tax compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly as they pertain to S&C Corporations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
