As our Tax Lead, you will take ownership of the company's global tax function - from compliance to planning, and from strategic advisory to operational execution. You'll work hand-in-hand with local tax advisors, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to build a tax framework that scales with our ambition. What you will do Tax Compliance & Risk Management Lead the timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT/GST/sales tax, payroll tax, local levies). Collaborate with local tax advisors and authorities (e.g. French DGFiP) to resolve interpretative or novel tax issues. Oversee implementation and documentation of transfer pricing strategies. Ensure tax compliance across our global footprint - including permanent establishments, subsidiaries, and share-based compensation. Tax Planning & Strategy Develop and execute international tax strategies to minimize risk and optimize tax credits (incl. R&D tax credits). Monitor changes in global tax regulations (e.g. US CFC & PFIC rules, OECD/G20 BEPS updates) and assess business impact. Advise leadership on the tax implications of strategic business decisions and cross-border transactions. Research & Advisory Provide proactive, data-driven tax recommendations to senior management. Analyze tax implications in key areas: new market entry, product launches, global hiring, and M&A activity. Process Optimization & Tools Design and implement scalable tax processes, controls, and timelines. Select and roll out the best tax monitoring and compliance tools. Establish tax reporting foundations from scratch with clear documentation and audit readiness. IFRS Tax Accounting Prepare and reconcile IFRS tax positions (current and deferred). Bridge accounting vs fiscal results and support effective tax rate (ETR) reconciliation and disclosures. About you 8-10+ years of experience in international taxation with a generalist scope Strong command of international tax law and cross-border structures. Previous experience in a tech company with global operations. Hands-on, problem-solving mindset; autonomous and accountable. Knowledge of IFRS tax accounting (DTA/DTL, uncertain tax positions, etc.). Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment. Familiarity with setting up tax tech tools and automations. Position Overview:
As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will work on challenging projects that directly impact our clients while collaborating with experienced leaders in a dynamic environment.
  • Prepare federal, state & local income tax returns, federal and state tax estimates, extensions, and forecasting
  • Utilize advanced corporate tax knowledge and understanding to support the tax compliance and tax provision process
  • Review and prepare complex corporate, federal, and state tax returns
  • Demonstrate understanding of ASC 740 and ability to prepare income tax accrual calculations
  • Audit quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions prepared by staff
  • Demonstrate understanding of tax return filing requirements for foreign operations
  • Conduct federal and state tax research and draft/review memorandums to support tax return filing positions and special projects to minimize tax expense
  • Remain current on developments and changes in tax law and accounting procedures
Qualifications Sought:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of corporate income tax prep experience in corporate, public accounting, or professional services settings
  • Knowledge of corporate income tax provisions and/or preparation of consolidated federal and state tax returns
  • Proficiency with automated tax processing systems and online tax research tools such as ONESOURCE, CCH, RIA, and BNA
  • Excellent advisory and compliance capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • This is a hybrid position that requires working in the Florham Park, NJ office a minimum of three days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and/or at local client sites as business requires

The starting salary range for this position is $82,000 to $96,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on a number of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base salary, individuals in this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
