The Role:

  • Craft Individual & Business Tax Returns: Ensure accurate, timely submissions and maintain seamless processes. Business return knowledge preferred but not required. 
  • Prioritize and Hustle: Approach each case with a sharp eye and a strong work ethic.
  • Communicate with Clients: Guide them through tax prep and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order.
  • Earn Bonuses: Earn up to $800 extra per month!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Must-have: CTEC and PTIN
  • Experience: 2+ years, with business tax returns experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge: Proficient with Schedules A, B, C, D preparation and nuances & Amendments
  • Expertise: Familiarity with amended returns and PRO-Series tax software
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in asking meaningful fact-finding questions and analyzing limited tax information
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of accounting processes, bookkeeping experience, and tax preparation software troubleshooting
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer skills
