We're seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join an established and growing value-based care group in Greater Las Vegas. This is a full-time role focused on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and preventative care to an adult and senior patient population in an institutional setting. (SNF/ LTC)

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, outpatient only - no nights, weekends, or hospital call*

Your Impact

• Serve as the patient's first point of contact for acute, chronic, and preventive health needs*
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and specialists*
• Leverage data-driven tools to monitor patient outcomes and tailor care plans*
• Educate and empower patients to manage their health proactively*
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and community health programs

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine*
• Current, unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility to obtain)*
• DEA certification required*
• Prior experience in value-based or managed care preferred but not required
