Job Responsibilities

  • Review of Corporate, Partnership, Trust, and Individual tax returns for Entertainment Industry professionals, Athletes, High Net Worth and Family Office type clients and all their related entities.

  • Conduct online tax research

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Active CPA license

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive U.S. tax compliance and consulting experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.

  • Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entertainers, athletes, family offices, and related entities (corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals).

  • Experience with multi-state and foreign tax returns.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex client engagements simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Hands-on experience with tax preparation and review software.

  • Strong project management skills, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and deadline management.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to non-tax professionals.

  • Strong client service orientation with a proven ability to retain and grow client relationships.

  • Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time.
