- M-F 8a-4p
- Update and maintain department specific forms
- SFS information updates and password resets
- Various quarterly reports
- Reporting and tracking of equipment distribution and maintenance
- Meeting minutes and notes
- Main line telephone coverage
- Monitoring Business Office mailbox and distributing all contents
- Oversee file storage and disposition
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Operate postage machine daily
- Other duties as assigned
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a NYS Agency
- With experience as Data Entry
- High school diploma.
- Additional certifications may be required.
