- 12hour- Dayshift or Nightshift
- Provide basic nursing care and assist with patients healthcare needs.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Check vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist with routine health screenings, sick calls, and basic nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document care provided.
- Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines.
- Assist patients with basic healthcare needs and perform other nursing duties as assigned.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted NM license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1 year/s of recent experience as a LPN.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test ).
