Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
Drive census growth and financial performance in alignment with ownership expectations
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead, develop, and retain department heads and frontline staff
Maintain high standards of clinical quality and resident satisfaction
Partner with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Ohio
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
Proven track record of operational success, including census and financial performance
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
Effective leadership, communication, and team development skills
Ability to operate independently and drive results in a competitive market
