- Ā Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, mini-splits, IAQ systems)Ā
- Ā Deliver a top-tier customer experience ā we care about people, not just installsĀ
- Ā Test systems, connections, and electrical components to ensure everything runs perfectlyĀ
- Ā Troubleshoot and repair when neededĀ
- Ā Work independently and as part of a tight-knit, high-performing crewĀ
šŖ What Weāre Looking For
- Ā 3+ years of HVAC installation experienceĀ
- Ā Valid driverās licenseĀ
- Ā EPA CertificationĀ
- Ā Strong experience with:Ā
- Ā Furnaces & forced air systemsĀ
- Ā Heat pumps & air handlersĀ
- Ā Mini-splitsĀ
- Ā Physically capable (ladders, crawl spaces, lifting 40+ lbs)Ā
- Positive attitude + pride in your work (this matters here)Ā
ā Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Ā Competency cardĀ
- Ā Boiler experienceĀ
- Ā Familiarity with tools like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitanĀ
