מהות התפקיד
תפקיד משולב הכולל עבודה בייצור כימי והפעלה של מכונות ייצור אוטומטיות.
העבודה מתבצעת בסביבת מפעל, תוך הקפדה על בטיחות, איכות ועמידה בנהלים.
תחומי אחריות:
עבודה בייצור כימי
- הכנת חומרים ופורמולציות לפי הוראות ברורות.
- עבודה עם חומרי גלם בתהליך הייצור.
- ביצוע בדיקות פשוטות (מדידות, דגימות, רישום תוצאות).
- עבודה פיזית במפעל.
- מילוי טפסים ודוחות בסיסיים.
- שימוש בסיסי במחשב (מיילים, Excel)
הפעלת מכונות
- הפעלה שוטפת של מכונות ייצור אוטומטיות.
- כיוון והכנת מכונה לעבודה (סט-אפ).
- זיהוי תקלות פשוטות ודיווח עליהן.
- עבודה עם מסכי הפעלה של המכונה.
- עבודה מול צוות האחזקה במידת הצורך.
- שמירה על סדר, בטיחות ואיכות לאורך כל המשמרת.
דרישות:
- ניסיון בעבודה במפעל / ייצור - יתרון, לא חובה.
- הבנה טכנית בסיסית.
- יכולת לעבוד לפי הוראות ונהלים.
- אחריות, סדר ויכולת לעבוד בצוות.
- רצון ללמוד ולהתפתח בתפקיד.
