Mill Utility - Spokane, WA
Position Summary:
- Support mill needs with sanitation, prep and work PMs on mill repairs. Sub in for 2nd miller vacations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn 2nd miller job duties fill in for vacations, call-ins.
- Mill sanitation tasks, fix leaks create work orders for mill repairs.
- Work sifters, change rolls, work on Mill Pm's.
- Prep sifter screens (clean, glue new screens and keep inventory)
Required Skills:
- Safety/food quality minded, positive attitude, willingness to learn, work team environment,
- Able to communicate via radio, read, write some pc skills, some mechanical skills.
- Climb a ladder, follow instructions and read flow charts.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
Required Experience:
- Sanitation, cleaning
- Manufacturing environment
Desired Experience:
- Food manufacturing
- Industrial manufacturing environment
- Worked shift schedule
