Regional Director Sales Excellence - Any ADM - US location
The Regional Commercial Excellence Lead owns and drives the Commercial Excellence agenda for Human Nutrition NA across the region, ensuring consistent execution, capability building, and performance improvement across all business units and markets. This role translates global frameworks into impactful regional execution, embedding sales excellence, CRM adoption, performance management discipline, and capability development to deliver sustainable growth and value creation.
This role is part of Human Nutrition within the ADM Nutrition segment, with regional responsibility for North America
Sales Excellence & Execution
- Steer regional focus toward value creation, and strategic opportunities
- Lead deployment and adoption of standardized sales methodologies, processes, and playbooks across the region
- Partner with regional leadership to identify performance gaps and lead improvement initiatives
- Steer regional focus towards value creation, and strategic opportunities
- Ensure consistency in sales processes, pipeline discipline, and value-based selling
- Execute regional sales capability and training strategy aligned with global frameworks
- Drive execution rigor and accountability across sales teams
Regional Strategy Translation & Execution
- Translate global Commercial Excellence priorities into regional strategies and execution roadmaps
- Align execution across different business units and countries, ensuring local relevance
- Drive prioritization of key initiatives based on business impact
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the regional point of accountability for Commercial Excellence
- Partner with regional Sales Leadership and BU leaders to ensure alignment and adoption
- Participate in global Commercial Excellence governance and represent regional perspectives
- Coordinate and guide regional Commercial Excellence champions across markets
Continuous Improvement & Value Creation
- Identify and scale best practices across countries and segments
- Steer focus toward high-value opportunities and strategic accounts
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and commercial discipline

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Strong experience in multinational, matrix organizations
- Proven track record in driving sales transformation, CRM adoption, and performance improvement
- Experience working across regions and cultures
