Position Purpose:
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing vendor financial relationships, driving category profitability, and supporting product sourcing and development. This role plays a key part in managing marketing programs, evaluating product assortments, and identifying private label opportunities. The Program Manager collaborates closely with sales teams to address customer needs through effective sourcing and pricing strategies. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor financial relationships including marketing programs, item evaluations and assortment.
- Manage sales profitability within the assigned category.
- Develop private label brand opportunities within the assigned category.
- Manage case and margin growth within the assigned category.
- Sourcing of products within the assigned category.
- Assist sales with sourcing and pricing questions to best solve customer needs.
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Requires excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience:
- 5 - 7 Years Experience in Purchasing, Vendor relationships, Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
