Position Purpose:
Responsible for all site human resources (HR) activities including benefits, associate growth and development, associate relations and staffing. Interacts with all associates, corporate office, CBI subsidiaries, and governmental and private agencies. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist managers in staffing all vacancies. Ensure all administrative items are completed according to established guidelines ( i.e., I-9 forms, employment applications).
- Assist in the training of management in application of policies and procedure. Assess training needs within the company and coordinate delivery of appropriate information (i.e., computer skills, management skills, etc.)
- Function as an associate advocate by representing associates' issues to management as appropriate. Work with management team in resolving associate issues by investigating concerns and sharing resolution alternatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures to include effective communications to associates. Advise management of fair and consistent application of all approved policies and procedures.
- Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC), regularly auditing policies and practices to mitigate risk and maintain legal adherence.
- Ensure benefits are explained to new associates and their enrollment is processed at appropriate time. Ensure all company benefits are communicated and administered in a fair and consistent manner.
- May supervise associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
2 - 4 Years Human Resources, Business Administration or
related area
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Education: Bachelors ; Human Resources, Business Administration or related area
Preferred Experience: 4 - 6 Years ; Human Resources, Business Administration or related area within foodservice industry. Supervisory experience.
Preferred Professional Certification(s): Senior / Professional in Human Resources (S/PHR)
