What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
- Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Manage concrete consistency and truck controls to meet delivery specifications.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to support timely operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to maintaining clean, organized equipment and work areas.

- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles with strong awareness of surroundings.
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and quality customer service.
- Capability to perform physical activities including climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment.
- Reliable decision‑making in fast‑paced environments with changing priorities.
- Clear and respectful communication with customers and team members.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
