Position Summary

The Sr. Director of Product Management - Pull Tab Division will lead the strategy, development, and market expansion of Arrow's paper pull tab product line. This role will have a strong focus on strategic account management, distributor relationships, product delivery, and cross-functional execution.

This person will manage the customer experience from product planning through communication and execution, ensuring Arrow's distribution network receives strong service, visibility, and partnership.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in strategic accounts, product management, paper/printing, promotional products, charitable gaming, or a related B2B environment. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead teams across sales, creative, production, and operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, planning, and market expansion for Arrow's paper pull tab product line.
  • Define and implement account strategies aligned with distributor needs and Pull Tab business goals.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key distributor partners.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to support retention, sales growth, program visibility, and product adoption.
  • Oversee timelines, communication, and distribution readiness for stock and custom pull tab products.
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, print operations, manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Drive solutions that improve reliability, product quality, communication, and customer experience.
  • Partner with the field sales organization and distributors to grow revenue and expand product placement.
  • Identify customer opportunities, market gaps, and new growth initiatives.
  • Present new games, product lines, programs, and customer solutions to distributors and customers.
  • Ensure communication flows effectively between design, print, manufacturing, sales, inventory, and customer-facing teams.
  • Monitor schedules, inventory levels, production timelines, and customer commitments.
  • Resolve delivery issues, bottlenecks, communication gaps, and product-related challenges quickly.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, product coordinators, and creative resources.
  • Maintain a high-touch, service-oriented approach to partner and distributor management.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive movement, and product opportunities.
  • Provide business insights that strengthen product offerings, distributor programs, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience managing customer relationships, strategic accounts, product management, or commercial programs.
  • Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally across sales, creative, operations, production, and supply chain.
  • Experience in paper, printing, graphics, promotional products, charitable gaming, or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong B2B sales, account management, and relationship-building experience.
  • Experience working with distributor networks strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage product timelines, customer expectations, delivery coordination, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Skilled in various sales and customer engagement methods, including in-person and phone-based communication.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with commercial print, custom print programs, or promotional sweepstakes is a plus.
