What You'll Do
- Assist customers with parts identification, availability, and ordering
- Provide solution-based recommendations based on equipment needs
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain and manage inventory levels and organization
- Work closely with service technicians and operations teams
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Ensure all transactions and documentation are accurate and complete
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

- High level of accuracy in order processing and parts identification
- Strong customer satisfaction and timely response to requests
- Efficient handling of multiple priorities and inquiries
- Well-organized and accurate inventory management
- Positive contribution to team performance and branch operations
Background & Experience
- Experience in parts, automotive, industrial, or material handling preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Experience with inventory systems or ERP systems is a plus
