Creative World School in Oviedo, FL is looking to hire a preschool teacher! Our schools are unique and more than just a childcare facility and is dedicated to the education and development of young children. Responsibilities Overview

Each member of our team must meet specific requirements for the position, but here is an overview for Preschool and Pre-K teachers:

Plans a developmentally appropriate lesson plan using children’s assessment and interests
Demonstrates an understanding of the components of a child’s portfolio and presents their learning story
Engages classroom with consistent routines, utilizing positive guidance strategies and leading by example
Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families through daily communication, monthly newsletters and bi-annual conferences
Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment

To keep our school as safe as possible, we do not allow parents to drop off in the classrooms at this time. We make every effort to keep children in the same group with the same teacher throughout the day and we have increased our cleaning and sanitation procedures. We believe learning can be safe!

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
