Location: Canton, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
- Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
- Earn between $40,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on performance

- Delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Building long-term client relationships and earning repeat business
- Assisting clients with policy reviews, changes, billing, and claims support
- Quoting and binding personal lines policies including auto, home, renters, and life
- Educating customers on their coverage options to ensure proper protection
- Supporting the agent and sales team in day-to-day operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Property & Casualty license preferred (we will help you get licensed if needed)
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Positive, team-first attitude with a desire to grow professionally
- Monday through Friday, standard business hours
