What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be more than just a point of contact — you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Building long-term client relationships and earning repeat business

  • Assisting clients with policy reviews, changes, billing, and claims support

  • Quoting and binding personal lines policies including auto, home, renters, and life

  • Educating customers on their coverage options to ensure proper protection

  • Supporting the agent and sales team in day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Property & Casualty license preferred (we will help you get licensed if needed)

  • Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

  • Positive, team-first attitude with a desire to grow professionally

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours
