Job Description
Hiring Immediately in Augusta GA Experienced Admin Asst with exceptional skills. Full Time- Temp to Hire Position 8am to 5 pm Monday- Friday Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Plan and schedule appointments for crew.
- Greet and assist onsite guest.
- Answer and dispatch inbound calls with follow up tracking.
- Develop, implement and maintain organized filing systems.
- Perform all other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Available to start immediately.
- Previous experience in office administration, invoicing, tracking jobs.
- Ability to prioritize and multi task a wide range of work orders, employees and schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong organizational skills.
