Job Description
We are seeking part-time and full-time Sales Associates who will be responsible for providing courteous, helpful and knowledgeable service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and an intuitive sense for fashion and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment for the customer
- Demonstrate product knowledge and awareness of promotions and advertisements
- Provide sales floor coverage
- Complete sales transactions using cash register
- Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock as needed
- Assist customers in fitting room; offering style tips and size exchanges as needed
- Meet personal and team performance goals
- Maintain a neat and clean store
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- High-end retail and/or boutique experience
- Cash register experience
- Merchandising experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales or hospitality experience
